Wedding announcements for Oct. 7

Warner-Wardrip

Stephanie Nicole Warner and Corey James Wardrip were married June 30 at Sandals Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica, by the Rev. Desmond Brackett.

A reception was held July 14 at Lions Community Park in Harrodsburg.

The bride is the daughter of David and Paula Warner of Harrodsburg. She is a 1998 graduate of Mercer County High School and a 2003 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor of arts degree and 2005 with a master's degree in instructional leadership. She is a third-grade teacher at Hustonville Elementary School.

The groom is the son of Wayne and Brenda Wardrip of Hustonville. He is a 1996 graduate of Lincoln County High School and a 2000 graduate of Lindsay Wilson College with a bachelor of arts degree. He is a sales representative for Sherwin Williams Co.

They live in Stanford.

Semones-Vanoy

LeCarole Rankin Semones and Brian Leland Vanoy were married July 1 at Rousey home place in Forkland by Tim Gray.

Joy Semones Baker of Richmond, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Marcella Storm of London and Tana Headrick of Liberty. Flowergirls were Kalynn Vanoy and Morgan Ryan, both of Danville.

Adam Burdine of Crab Orchard was best man. Groomsmen were Chris Ryan and Jeff Southerland, both of Danville. Jameson Burdine of Crab Orchard was ringbearer.

The couple made a wedding trip to Niagara Falls.

The bride is the daughter of Carroll and Brenda Semones of Harrodsburg. He is a 2002 graduate of Mercer County High School and a 2006 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. She is an employee of Lockmaster Security.

The groom is the son of Helen Vanoy of Junction City and Leland Vanoy of Lancaster. He is a 1993 graduate of Boyle County High School and a 2000 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. He is an employee of Wal-Mart.

They live in Stanford.

Smallwood-Douglas

Kimberly J. Smallwood and David L Douglas were married Aug. 11 at her parents' home in Forkland by the Rev. David Rash.

Heidi L. Lowry of Forkland, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Flowergirl was Emily Ryan of Nicholasville.

Michael Gill, father of the groom, was best man. Ringbearer was Caleb Lowry of Forkland.

The couple made a honeymoon trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn.

The bride is the daughter of Jeff and Susanna Ryan of Forkland and Kip and Connie Smallwood of Junction City. She is the granddaughter of Paul and Jean Overstreet of Forkland and Daniel and Paula Smallwood of Junction City. She is a 2004 graduate of Boyle County High School and an employee of PBK Bank.

The groom is the son of Mike and Sandy Gill of Junction City. His is the grandson of Billy and Lilly Gill, Marshall and Wanda Douglas, all of Junction City, and Ann Burkett of. He is a 2002 graduate of Boyle County High School. He works in construction.

They will live in Forkland.

Pyle-Dunaway

Samantha Davis Pyle and William Tyler Dunaway were married Sept. 14 by Russell Dunaway at the Christian Life Center of Stanford Baptist Church.

Tammy Kirkpatrick of Stanford, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Austin, Megan Kirkpatrick and Miranda Kirkpatrick, all of Stanford.

Brandon Smith of Lexington served as best man. Groomsmen were Brian Crouch of Junction City, hristopher Dunaway and Tim Dunaway, both of Cincinnati.

After a reception at the Christian Life Center, the couple made a wedding trip to Gatlinburg, Tenn.

The bride is the daughter of Charles and Sherrell Davis-Pyle of Stanford. She is a 2005 graduate of Lincoln County High School and employed by the Harrodsburg Wal-Mart.

The groom is the son of Debbie and Stacy Wilson of Hustonville and Billy and Ann Robin Dunaway of Harrodsburg. He is the grandson of Jay Burton and Nancy Dunaway, both of Stanford. He is a 2002 graduate of Lincoln County High School, graduate of National Business College, and employed with Hitachi of Harrodsburg.

They will live in Harrodsburg.
