Jennifer and Tommy Webb announce the birth of their daughter, Alyssa Tommie Caroline Webb.
She was born Sept. 14th at St. Joseph East Hospital in Lexington. She weighed five pounds and's 15 ounces and was 17 inches long.
She was welcomed home by her sister, Whitney Webb, a sophmore at George Rogers Clark High School.
