Brandon Gill and wife, Colleen, are the proud parents of a baby boy, Wesley Exhavier. He was born at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville on Nov. 6 weighing 7 pounds 10 ounces and measuring 20 inches long. This new little person is the great, great grandson of Julie Powers.

Ms. Janet Ellis and Travis Himes were married in the courthouse on Nov. 14. Later while the wedding party was eating, some of Janet's co-workers slipped away and decorated their house and got the cake and punch ready. Janet is a manager at Wendy's and Travis has been working for BPI. They will live on Hwy. 300 out of Stanford. We wish them a long and happy life together. Janet is the daughter of Diane McKay.

While Rhonda Roberts, Roma Jean Sims, Hazel Fight, and Janet Williams were in Bowling Green recently, they visited Hazel's grandson, Lee Hunter Smith, who is a student at Western Kentucky University. Lee is the son of Sonny and Carolyn Fight Smith of Perryville.

B. J. McKay, who has been laid off work for awhile, has returned to hauling milk and orange juice long distance for a company in Florida.

The Thanksgiving dinner last Friday evening at the Christian Church fellowship hall was well attended and much enjoyed. We had 41 present.

Last Saturday, Larry Fight took his mother, Hazel Fight, his uncle, Hubert Robertson, his sister, Carolyn Smith, and his friend, Marty Lowry to visit relatives in northern Kentucky. They visited Hazel's sister, Goldie Osborne and husband; they visited Hazel's sister, Ruth, and her son, Leonard, both of whom were in the Williamstown Rest Home. They visited her sister, Lotus and husband, Ulysses Durham, in Florence.
