The Neelys wed Sept. 15

Margaret Evelyn Laird and Jason Hughes Neely were married Sept. 15 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Columbus, Ohio, with the Rev. Jerome Stluka performing the double ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Richard and Paula Laird of Westerville, Ohio and Mr. Neely, son of Karen and Mack Bushart of Winchester and Danny and Evelyn Neely of Leitchfield, is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Dean Garber and Marian Neely, all of Winchester.

Presented in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by her sister, Elena Marie Laird, maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Laura Price, Brittany Neely, Ramey Rush, Lauren Woleslagle, Jolene DePete, Elizabeth Cordell, Melanie Dunne, Katie Laird and Renee Balconi.

Danny Neely II served his brother as best man.

Groomsmen were Morgan Codell, Jimmy Laird, Robbie Baldwin, John Lee, Manny Zamora, Todd Blanton, Dusty Graham, Braxton Walcott and Michael Collins.

The flower girl, Corinne Cordell, and the ringbearer, Aidan Brittain, both from Arizona, are cousins of the bride.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at The Columbus Athenaeum in downtwn Columbus.

The couple are graduates of the University of Mississippi in Oxford where they each received a bachelor's degree.

Mrs. Neely is employed by the Department of Military Affairs at Bluegrass Station and Mr. Neely is a manager with A.P. Roots Restaurant in Lexington.

After a wedding trip to Belize the couple are residing in Winchester.
