Boyle 911 Police blotter for December 17

DECEMBER 13

1:30 a.m., caller's ex-wife and her boyfriend are harassing him at Shaker Point Apartments.

2:01 a.m., follow up/deliver message to Grant Street resident in reference to location on missing person; location hit received from Wisconsin State Police.

3:37 a.m., suspicious vehicle just left Lannock Place area; it was a dark-colored, two-door sports car with a loud muffler and a parking light out idling in the road for two to five minutes before the caller saw a male get into the vehicle and head toward the bypass.

5 a.m., caller from Majestic Prince heard a loud vehicle in the area and when he looked outside he saw a male wearing a black shirt standing next to his vehicle; upon sounding the alarm, the subject fled on foot toward Sir Barton Way.

7:33 a.m., vehicle broken into at parking lot on South Third Street.

8:10 a.m., concrete truck broken into on Stanford Road.

9:08 a.m., officer conducting a canine search at Danville High School.

12:42 a.m., vehicle broken into at Peddler's Mall parking area.

1 a.m., Garrard County requesting to serve warrant to subject; subject in Boyle jail.

2:51 p.m., white pickup truck is sitting on private property behind the Boyle County Engine 7's station where the hazmat spill occurred last night.

3:28 p.m., suspicious male about 18 to 20 years old walked by dinning room window of Count Fleet Circle residence and was last seen on Cavalcade walking toward Bluegrass Pike; he has dark hair and hooded sweatshirt.

4:47 p.m., employee at Friedman's Jewelers reports credit card fraud.

6:24 p.m., caller dropped his phone at Speedway and a female is on video picking it up.

6:27 p.m., report that vehicle at Wal-Mart parking lot in a handicap space was broken into and a stereo was taken out of the floor board.

6:49 p.m., caller advised that a hearing-impaired male is knocking on her door and bedroom window on Harding Street; he has made some inappropriate advances toward her before; extra patrol requested.

7:44 p.m., caller returned home on Jean Drive and found back door had been kicked in and they heard footsteps leaving the area; next door motion light came on but no description of suspect is available.

7:50 p.m., report that a brick was thrown through back windshield of vehicle on Finn Hill Drive.

8:07 p.m., verbal altercation on Perkins Avenue; after officers cleared area, additional call that it had turned into a physical altercation.

8:22 p.m., vehicle broken into overnight on Iron Liege Drive and iPod stolen.

9:30 p.m., caller on Jean drive came home and found his gate and back screen door was open; he can't tell if entry was made into house or not; extra patrol requested.

9:54 p.m., male keeps knocking on door on East Main Street; first time he asked for someone who didn't live there; the second time he asked to use her phone.

9:59 p.m., large dog on Alta Avenue appears to be foaming at the mouth.

10:05 p.m., complaint that neighbor is having a lot of traffic all hours of the night and it is keeping young child awake.

10:17 p.m., domestic disturbance in progress at Perkins Avenue; police already there once tonight; male arrested.

10:23 p.m., house on Fox Harbor Drive broken into between 1 and 10 p.m.

10:38 p.m., six males getting ready to fight at Applebee's bar.

11:08 p.m., candle appears to be burning in window at Circle Drive residence and caller doesn't think anyone is home; everything checks out OK.

11:23 p.m., two subjects in the backyard at Shaker Point with flashlights.

DECEMBER 12

10:46 a.m., officer at emergency room with prisoner; en route to jail at 12:36 p.m.

11:49 a.m., residents at North Fourth Street home are having a verbal altercation over medication; arrest made.

11:50 a.m., officer assisting social services on Greenview Drive; en route with social services to Denmark Drive.

2:44 p.m., holdup alarm coming from rear office at Captain D's; false alarm.

6:11 p.m., Razor scooter stolen on Sycamore Street.

10:50 p.m., complainant's husband is intoxicated at Shaker Point Apartments and she wants him removed; female caller advised that husband did not have to leave because it also is his residence.
