Nicholasville police were called to the Nicholasville Industrial Park Wednesday afternoon where a badly decomposed body was discovered in a storage building.
The body was removed from the building by members of the Jessamine County Emergency Management Hazardous Materials team.
Lt. Scott Harvey said it appeared the individual died of natural causes.
Police are awaiting results from Jessamine County Coroner Kerri Sallee.
The investigation is ongoing by the Nicholasville Police Department.
