Thinking he didn't have enough in his shovel, 6-year-old Kevin Spencer added a chunk of snow to his work while clearing the sidewalk early Tuesday morning. Kevin took it upon himself to shovel the snow from in front of the Hays Street Market, where his parents, Tracy Walton and Michael Spencer, work.
