Hart (14-7) was held to 10 of 42 shooting (23 percent), including one of 14 from 3-point range, and made 23 of 36 free throws with 10 turnovers.
Lincoln County 48, North Laurel 45 - At Stanford, Jessica Upchurch scored 17 points with nine rebounds to help Lincoln beat visiting North Laurel.
"This was a good win playing a non-region team. I thought we showed a lot of heart on defense, and gave a great defensive effort tonight," Lincoln coach Don Story said. "Jessica stepped up big, and I thought Alissa Patterson played one of her better games with five points, six rebounds, two assists and just two turnovers. She held Katie Smith, one of the best players in the 13th Region, to to points and caused eight turnovers."
Lincoln led 24-20 at the half and 31-27 heading to the fourth quarter before hanging on to win.
Kendra Brown and Nikki Bustle each scored seven points for the Patriots (16-4), who shot 14-for-45 from the floor and hit five of 13 3-pointers.
They also took 13 more free throws than North Laurel, going 15-for-23 while North Laurel was eight of 10. Lincoln also forced 16 turnovers.
Southwestern 79, Boyle County 45 - At Somerset, the Rebels fell to 4-14 on the season with a loss at Southwestern (13-9).
Kendra Ross led Boyle with 15 points, Hayley Hellyer added 13 points and Karlie Neal had 11 points and 10 rebounds.
Rockcastle County 73, Mercer County 55 - At Harrodsburg, the Titans (10-11) went scoreless the first six minutes of the fourth quarter in a loss to Rockcastle County.
Mercer trailed 52-47 entering the fourth quarter before the scoring drought.
"You can't do that against a good team. We did that to start the game, too. We spotted them an 8-0 lead," Mercer coach Chris Souder. "We're right there. We've just got to learn to play four quarters, and too many kids are taking plays off."
Hayley Spivey led Mercer with 14 points, Abra Sickels scored 13 and Natalie VanArsdall nine. The Titans were 21-for-46 from the field and had 25 turnovers.
Berea 60, KSD 16 - At Danville, the short-handed Kentucky School for the Deaf girls fell behind 36-6 at the half in a loss to visiting Berea in the first round of the Bluegrass Conference Tournament.
Amanda Wyatt had nine points,10 rebounds and five steals for the Colonels (4-15), who were playing without leading scorer and rebounder Victoria Thompson, as well as two reserves, who were all out sick.
"We were short on players, but the young ladies who did play played aggressively and did the best they could," KSD coach Scott Johnson said.
KSD finished 7-or-41 from the field, making two of four 3-pointers and turning the ball over 25 times.
BOYS GAME
Model 75, Burgin 64 - At Burgin, Model took control early in the second quarter and never let up to down the Bulldogs in the first round of the Bluegrass Conference Tournament.
Logan Hill had 18 points and 14 rebounds for Burgin and Daniel Dunford scored 17 points. Zack Irvine had 15 points and Billy Beckerson had six points, five rebounds and six assists for Burgin.
Burgin (9-8) trailed 19-17 after one quarter, and held a brief lead before Model (7-10) took the lead for good and went to the half up 41-36. The Bulldogs shot 26-for-56, making four of 13 3-pointers and hit eight of 15 free throws.
