Three Winchester businesses in the Colby Ridge shopping center were burglarized last weekend, according to a police report made available today.
An employee of Quizno's, 1920 Bypass Road, reported to Winchester Police Sunday at 9:08 a.m. that someone had stolen $965 in cash from the restaurant's safe. Police discovered that the suspect climbed through an air conditioning unit on the roof and entered the business through the ceiling.
According to the police report, the suspect then entered Fantastic Sam's, 1918 Bypass Road, through an adjoining door and stole $150 from the cash register. He or she then broke a hole through the wall of Quizno's into Perfect Tan, 1926 Bypass Road, and took $3,528 from the safe.
No one has been arrested in the case.
