A Winchester man was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with critical injuries and later died Saturday after his SUV rolled in an accident at the corner of Todds Road and Combs Ferry Road.
The man's identity was confirmed this morning as L. Tom Shepherd Jr. of 41 Fontaine Blvd.
The accident occurred around 9:50 a.m.Saturday.
According to reports, the man became unresponsive after he was extracted from the vehicle. The SUV sustained heavy damage.
