Fire on Ridgeway Drive

Winchester Fire-EMS Chief Danny Castle, right, is surrounded by smoke while firefighters battle an apartment fire on Ridgeway Drive this morning. The fire caused fire and smoke damage to one apartment. A Winchester Police Department detective was called to the scene to investigate the fire along with fire investigator Major Greg Beam, Battalion Chief Allen Tallent and Castle.
