Music

First Baptist Church of Junction City - 6 p.m. Sunday, the church will host a concert by the Kentucky Baptist Convention's Women's Chorale, which performs about four times a year. Coordinator Roxanne Nanney of Brandenburg First Baptist is expecting about 30 singers. The chorale is under the direction of Eastern Kentucky University's Sue Ellen Ballard, and Nevalyn Moore of Campbellsville University serves as accompanist. Locally, Jean Denny and Donna Fegenbush are participants. The concert, part of the church's Connect series, is free and open to everyone. Revival

Lancaster Baptist Tabernacle - 7 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday by Charles Carpenter, pastor of Hickory Valley Baptist Church in Lenoir City, Tenn. The church is at 108 Lexington St. For more information, call the church at (859) 792-1455.

Good things to eat

Hope Full Gospel Church - beginning at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, the church will have a chitterlings, chicken and fish dinner sale at 193 E. Martin Luther King Blvd. Carryout orders are available by calling (859) 238-0192.

Hebron Lakeside Church - 6 p.m. Friday, the church will have a chili supper and gospel singing. The event is a fundraiser for the Jamaica Mission Team. The church is next to Cedar Creek Lake on U.S. 150 in Stanford. For more information, call (606) 355-0009.

Healing

Fellowship of Believers Church - 7-8 p.m. the second and fourth Mondays of each month, the Healing Rooms of Isaiah 6:8 Ministries, a prayer ministry, are open to the public. The church is at 10 Shelby St., Junction City. Members will pray with people who have physical, emotional, financial and spiritual needs. Prayer is free and everyone is welcome. Special services

St. Peter AME Church - 3 p.m. Sunday, the church will celebrate Fellowship Day. Guests will be the Rev. Ken Klemme and the congregation of United Methodist Church of Harrodsburg.

Conference

Westside Community United Methodist Church - 7 p.m. March 13-15 and 11 a.m. March 16, the church will have a Victorious Living Conference, "A Journey to Freedom." The speaker will be evangelist Joe Neikirk. The church is at 2875 U.S. 127, Hustonville. For more information, call (859) 583-2593.
