- David W. Hunt, 40, of 122-A Strode Station, was charged Sunday with alcohol intoxication.
- Thomas R. Francisco, 22, of 27 Park Ave., was charged Sunday with one headlight, obstructed view and no operator's license.
- Christopher Hamby, 35, of Wheelwright, was charged Sunday with public intoxication, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.
- Ricky D. Bryant, 34, of Wheelwright, was charged Sunday with public intoxication.
- Billy C. King, 28, of 993 Muddy Creek Road, was charged Saturday with alcohol intoxication.
- Aaron Wilson, 20, of 317 Devonshire, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, driving on a suspended operator's license and possession of marijuana.
- Margaret L. Branham, 27, of 250 Oxford Drive Apt. 1, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault, terroristic threatening and disorderly conduct.
- Kevin D. Bryant, 28, of Wheelwright, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
- Brian K. Weeks, 38, of 1913 Saxon Court, was charged today with theft by deception (five counts) and failure to appear.
- Billy C. King, 333, of 505 Westwood Drive Apt. 614, was charged Sunday with alcohol intoxication.

- At 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Norman L. Hampton, Jr. reported someone broke the front window at the Old Harper's Pawn Shop.
- At 4:49 p.m. Friday, police were called to Wal-Mart on a shoplifting complaint. Michelle Robinson, 30, of 109 Sycamore, was charged with theft by unlawful taking.
- At noon Thursday, Kenneth Caudill, of 42 Wheeler, reported his vehicle had been damaged.
-At 6:17 p.m. Friday, police were called to Wonderland Daycare on a theft complaint. An employee told police her cell phone was missing after she took a break Thursday. A known suspect and co-worker called in sick Friday morning using the missing cell phone. After speaking with the suspect, she brought the stolen phone to the Winchester Police Department but was missing its SIM card. Police searched the suspect and found three Xanax pills and a Cingular SIM card. Rachelle Church, 23, was charged with receiving stolen property under $300, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.
-At 7:40 p.m. Friday, police responded to the Speedway where Kenneth Odorizzi, of 146 W. Hickman, told police he was assaulted in his right ear while inside the store. A suspect admitted to striking Odorizzi, but no charges were filed.
- At 12:55 p.m. Saturday, an employee at Speedway reported someone in a black Chevrolet pickup truck left without paying for $35.01 in gasoline.
- At 1:16 p.m. Sunday, police arrested Christopher H. Hamby for public intoxication. During a search, officers found two Oxycodone pills in his pants pocket. At the detention center, a plastic bag of marijuana and one joint fell out of his pants leg. He was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.
- At 3:14 a.m. Sunday, police were flagged down for a car fire. The person told police another vehicle had been on fire, but his friend drove it away. Shortly afterward, the friend returned and the officer smelled alcohol on his person and asked him to step out of the car. As the officer turned, the subject threw something on the seat, which was a plastic bag containing marijuana. The subject then voluntarily pulled two more plastic bags of marijuana from his pockets and told police it weighed approximately five and a half ounces. Aaron Wilson, of 317 Devonshire, was charged with possession of marijuana.
- At 4:40 p.m. Thursday, Chester Mullins, of 41 Buckner St., reported someone took several items from his apartment, including a computer, a printer and two Kenwood radios.
