LANCASTER - A Garrard County man has pleaded guilty to kidnapping, rape, sodomy and assault charges from 2006.
Timothy Mark Foley, 38, entered the plea last week before his trial was to begin in Garrard Circuit Court.
Foley was arrested in September 2006 after someone reported he kidnapped a Stanford woman from a Garrard County residence, forced her into a vehicle and fled. Police found the vehicle with Foley and the victim inside about three hours later.
Judge Hunter Daugherty will sentence Foley on May 16.
