Mike Todd, assault 4th degree domestic violence no visible injury and alcohol intoxication in a public place. Status 6-19

Shaun M. Wilder, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt — merged, and failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance 1st. Failure of owner to maintain insurance charge dismissed. Plea of guilty to remaining charge. $25 fine and costs.

Melvin T. Wood, driving too fast for traffic conditions — merged and speeding 15 mph over limit amended to defective equipment. Plea of guilty. $25 fine and costs.

David Martinez, operate motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs .08 2nd offense, no operators/moped license, failure of nonowner operator maintain required insurance 2nd, and failure to wear seat belts. Plea of guilty. $350 fine, $325 service fee, costs, counseling, 12 months suspension of license and 6 months jail to serve; $100 fine and 30 days to serve; $2,500 fine; and $25 fine, respectively.

Jackie W. Smith, assault 2nd degree domestic violence amended to assault 4th. Plea of guilty. 6 months jail.
