Ricky Belcher, 50, Parksville, first-degree fleeing/evading police, four years, credit for 11 days served; first-degree criminal mischief, one year, consecutively; driving under the influence of intoxicants, $500, 30 days, concurrently; no insurance card and leaving scene of accident/failure to render aid, both dismissed.
