STANFORD - A preliminary hearing will be held 2 p.m. May 19 for a Lincoln County High School senior charged with forcing sexual contact with a female student.
Justin Davis, 19, pleaded not guilty during arraignment Monday in Lincoln District Court.
He is accused of duct-taping a 16-year-old girl to a chair from her shoulders to her waist, attempting to push her top down, and reaching inside of her top, forcing the upper portion of her breast to be exposed, according to Lincoln County Deputy Sheriff Linda Cook's report.
The alleged incident occurred Wednesday in the school greenhouse, according to court documents.
Davis was released from police custody after posting a $10,000 bond. He was initially charged with first-degree sexual abuse and unlawful imprisonment; however, the unlawful imprisonment charge has been amended to first-degree kidnapping.
