William Mitchell "Billy" Brickey, 66, of Lancaster, died Friday, May 9 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville.
A native of Garrard County, he was born Jan. 19, 1942 to the late Willard "Tuck" and Alice Sowder Brickey. He was a self-employed electrician and an avid fisherman.
Survivors include his wife, Treva Louise Doughty Brickey of Lancaster; one sister, Carolyn Kinnaird of Lancaster; three nieces, Kimberly Edwards and Sarah and Rachel Sims; and a great nephew, Christopher Ballard.
Funeral services were May 12 at the McKnight Funeral Home in Crab Orchard with Bro. Dan Gutenson officiating. Burial was in Crab Orchard Cemetery.
