Dear Editor,
Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have both said if they were elected president that they would end the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and bring the troops home. Bring the troops home to a $3 trillion national debt, an economy in recession and no jobs for them to work, unless they want to go to Mexico and work for pesos.
Will we be safer against the terrorists who want to destroy our way of life? No, I don't think so.
I'm afraid the time is almost here when men's and women's hearts will fail them because of the trouble coming upon this old earth. All we need is about 100 more tornadoes, several more earthquakes, and don't forget the forest fires and all the floods nationwide last year.
