Wilma Caddell Easley, 89, widow of Roger Easley who died in 2002, passed away on Sunday, May 25, at the Aurora Health Care Center in Elkhorn, Wisconsin.
She was a native of Jessamine County, born Feb. 21, 1919, to the late Milton and Gussie Newport Caddell. Wilma was a member of the Nicholasville Christian Church, one of the first members of the Jessamine County Artist Guild, had been active in the Cub Scouts serving as a den mother for many years, and an avid golfer. She had been an employee of Bluegrass Energy and was the former director of the Nicholasville Housing Authority.
Survivors include sons: William Jeffery and wife Cynthia Easley of Wisconsin, John Mark and wife Mary Etta Easley of Lancaster, a step son: Charles Barry wife Linda Hudson of Nicholasville, a brother: Clyde Caddell of Louisville, eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Clarence Caddell, a sister Marie Frogg, and a grandson Christopher Easley.
