Blood drive scheduled

The Jelly Bean Run blood drive by the Kentucky Blood Center will be 11:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday on the KBC Bloodmobile at the Boyle County Fairgrounds in Danville.

This drive is part of the Charity Challenge, sponsored by S&S Tire, and benefits the Agape House.

Vendors being accepted

CRAB ORCHARD - The Crab Orchard Fourth of July Homecoming Celebration now is accepting vendors for booths. For more information about the celebration events or to register for booth space, call Cheri Kuhn at (606) 355-2319 or Johnnie Lou Adams at (606) 355-7837; or e-mail craborchard@setel.com.

Family reunion planned

The Moxley-Hayes reunion will begin 10 a.m. Saturday at Gateway Park. Those who attend should bring a sack lunch for the noon meal.

High school reunion set

The Parksville High School Reunion will be 4:30-6 p.m. Saturday at Parksville Baptist Church fellowship hall with a buffet dinner at 6 p.m. catered by The Family Affair restaurant. Cost is $15 per person.
