Ashley Johnson and Terry Carpenter of Jessamine County announce the birth of their daughter Rylee Marie Johnson, born at 6:24 a.m. on June 11 at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington.
She weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20 inches long.
The maternal grandparents are Frances Sargent and Scotty Johnson of Nicholasville.
The paternal grandparents are Tony and Marylou Carpenter of Nicholasville.
Other family members include first cousins, Jeffrey Johnson and Chelsea Blair, and aunts and uncles.
