A Jessamine County man is in custody after a shooting incident on Kissing Ridge Road Wednesday night.

Danny T. Reynolds, 51 of 1450 Kissing Ridge Road in southeast Jessamine County was arrested around 11:15 p.m., after he allegedly fired several rounds from a rifle in the yard of a neighbor, said Jessamine County Sheriff Chief Deputy Allen Peel.

According to Peel, Reynolds entered the yard of Joshua Duncan, 27, at 1008 Kissing Ridge Road and fired several rounds from a rifle.

Duncan and his 6-year-old son live at the address but no one was injured in the incident, Peel said.

Reynolds was taken into custody a short time later without incident at his home where police recovered a .22 caliber rifle.
