Gov. Steve Beshear announced a $909,000 grant to restore Winchester's Depot Street Tuesday. The street is the only remaining cobblestone street in town and, once restored, will be the home of the farmers' market.
With the filing deadline in the past, four Clark Countians are seeking the three available seats on the Clark County Board of Education. The board also approved slight property tax increases during a meeting Tuesday night.
