Peggy Lynn Richards of Harrodsburg, Ky., passed away Friday afternoon on Aug. 8, at her residence. A loving mother, sister, aunt and friend to all, she will be forever missed and loved by many.
Born in Dallas, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Peggy Ruth Vaughn and the late Ray Coleman Bennett Jr. She was also preceded in death by her stepfather, A.L. Vaughn and both sets of grandparents.
She is survived by one son, James Helton of Shelbyville, Ky., a sister, LaFawn Barber, three nieces, Jamie Hays, Tara Barber, Lauren Tyer, a nephew Bert Shipley, a great-niece, McKenzie Hays a great-nephew, Jeffery Barber, a aunt Charlene Fraticelli and three cousins, Ricky Dunlap, Kenny Dunlap and Ramon Fraticelli.
