â?¢ Bradley A. Diehl, 23, of 4222 Brookhaven Ave., Louisville, was arrested Aug. 13 on Williamsburg Drive and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
â?¢ James S. Lathery, 37, of 206 Fifth St., was arrested Aug. 14 at Speedway and charged with alcohol intoxication and possession of marijuana.
