Water main break

Tony King of Winchester Municipal Utilities installs a repair clamp on a broken six inch water line pipe on Winn Avenue just east of Jackson Street Tuesday morning. The water main supplies water to the fire hydrant, foreground. No WMU customers lost water service and no "boil water" advisory was need to be issued.
