GRAND JURY

Cases referred to the Boyle County grand jury recently include:

Michael L. McPherson, 22, 1071 Lexington Ave., speeding 26 mph over limit; two counts of reckless driving; first-degree wanton endangerment; two counts of first-degree fleeing/evading police; three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment; and first-degree wanton endangerment of officer.

James B. Turner Jr., 41, 702 Perkins Ave., first-degree rape.

Brandon L. Warren, 22, 79 Cemetery St., Junction City, two counts of first-degree possession of controlled substance/cocaine; possession of drug paraphernalia.
