Dear Editor,
I was shocked to read the headline in The Advocate that announced that the ethics committee had found Mayor Coomer guilty of ethics charges.
I don't know if I should feel anger, sadness or just plain disappointment in these findings.
What I see is a mayor who has tried to represent the people who elected him, in the best way possible.
I intend to vote for the mayor-council form of government in November, not because it is the best system, but it is the only way I can see to resolve the conflicts we now have at city hall.
