Winchester Police

Reports

- At 9:06 a.m. Sept. 27, Richard Hays of 215 Watercrest Way reported that a catalytic converter was stolen from his truck overnight while it was parked at The Steak House on Lexington Avenue.

- At 12:53 p.m., Kmart employees reported that Sencerray Roberts and Rita D. Jones, both of Lexington, were shoplifting several clothing items.

Charged

- Sencerray Roberts, 38, of Lexington, was charged yesterday with theft by unlawful taking.

- David J. Crosby, 49, of Man O War Apartments No. 11, was charged yesterday with no insurance.

- Rita D. Jones, 49, of Lexington, was charged yesterday with theft by unlawful taking.

- Michael K. Borsuk, 27, 205 S. Burns Ave., was charged yesterday with violation of an E.P.O.

- Roger D. Willoughby, 24, of 21 Goldie Ave., was charged yesterday with failure to appear.

- Billy J. Littrell Jr., 29, of 354 Colby Ridge, was charged today with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

- Jerry R. Land Jr., 41, of Beattyville, was charged today with possession of a controlled substance.

Accidents

- At 7:09 p.m. yesterday, police responded to a non-injury accident at Central Elementary School on Mount Sterling Road. A vehicle driven by Rebecca L. White of Clayhole ran over a fence in the school's parking lot.

- At 12:23 p.m. yesterday, police responded to a non-injury accident on Rolling Hills Lane. A vehicle driven by David J. Crosby, Man O War Apartments No. 11, collided into a vehicle owned by Terry R. Davis of Means in the A6 Truck Stop parking lot. Crosby was charged with no insurance.

Clark County Sheriff's Office

Accident

- At 8:05 a.m. Tuesday on Colby Road, driver Ann K. Farrer of 2148 Ami Lane lost control of her truck in a curve and left roadway. Farrer was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center for treatment of injuries.

Reported

- Robin Robertson of 2213 Muddy Creek Road reported at 12:38 p.m. Thursday that a known male took a billiards stick from her residence.

Charged

- Dwight H. Piersall, 50, of 103 Colonial Park Drive was charged with an EPO violation on Thursday.

Winchester Fire-EMS

- Emergency personnel performed two local transfers and one out-of-town transfer on Thursday. They also responded to two falls and a cardiac case.

Clark County Fire Department

- Firefighters performed an EMS assist around 4:30 p.m. Thursday on Pilot View Road.

- At 6:11 p.m. Thursday, firefighters extinguished a grass fire at 1050 Providence Lane.
