Dear Editor,
When I read Wednesday's paper and saw Mike Harmon's comments insinuating his morals were of a higher standard than David Sparrow's, it angered me.
I think it is OK for Mr. Harmon to be proud of his morals, but not at the expense of his opponent. I have known David Sparrow for many years and my observation of him has been that of a devoted husband, a good father and a sincere Christian leader, not only in his church, but in the community as well.
I am proud to say I have looked at the morals of Mr. Harmon's competition and see a good man, with high moral standards and with the knowledge and leadership qualities of becoming our next state representative.
