- Jonathan R. Price, 21, of Paris, was charged Saturday with no registration plate, no insurance, license to be in possession and failure to notify state of address change.
- Theresa L. Farrow, 50, of 453 Spring St., was charged Saturday with failure to use turn signal, rear license not illuminated and driving under the influence of intoxicants.
- Charles L. Miller, 29, of 160 Long Branch Road, was charged Saturday with expired registration, no insurance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Natasha Fields, 22, of 348 Hill St., was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault, harassing communications and third-degree criminal mischief.
- Shawn Poe, 34, of 250 Oxford Drive Apt. 9, was charged Sunday with non-payment of child support and possession of marijuana.
- Paul A. Ciambro Jr., 47, of 210 Shannon Court, was charged Sunday with careless driving, driving on a suspended operator's license, no insurance and failure to appear.
- Shawn Ladd, 35, of 222 Whitney Court, was charged Sunday with theft by deception (two counts).
- Regina G. Hopper, 35, of 115 Arlington, was charged Sunday with theft by deception (three counts).

- At 11:45 a.m. Friday, Charles D. McGuire of 7 Holly Ave. reported that someone took his cell phone from his vehicle, which was parked in front of his home with the windows down.
- At 12:39 a.m. Saturday, officers observed a man staggering along West Washington Street. When officers contacted the man, he dropped a cellophane package containing seven generic Xanax pills. James Abner was arrested and charged with second-degree possession of a controlled substance and alcohol intoxication.
- At 3:46 a.m. Saturday, police responded to a domestic violence complaint at 175 1/2 Winn Ave. in which Ashley Catterson said she was assaulted by Bobbie B. Bruce. Bruce
was charged with fourth-degree assault.
- At 1:54 p.m. Saturday, employees at Wal-Mart reported having a suspected shoplifter in custody. Two women were allegedly shoplifting items, but split up before leaving the store. Leanne Dyer allegedly concealed a package of T-shirts in a pair of pants; police said she paid for the pants but not the shirts. Upon searching her purse, officials found several other items, totalling $71.68 thaqt had not been paid for. She was charged with theft by unlawful taking.
At 3:54 p.m. Saturday, employees at Wal-Mart reported having two suspected shoplifters in custody who allegedly left the store without paying for $63.81 in merchandise. Employees observed the pair, James Matthew Hall and Kelly Hopkins unloading the merchandise into a vehicle in the parking lot. Both were charged with theft by unlawful taking.
- At 10:07 p.m. Saturday, police stopped a vehicle on East Broadway for traffic violations. After receiving consent to search the vehicle, officers found rolling papers and a marijuana grinder with a small amount of the drug still inside. Officers also received permission to search the passenger and found a straw with drug residue on her person. Charles L. Miller was charged with possession of marijuana and Amanda J. Miller was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

- Brett Williams, 30, of 16 S. Burns Ave., was charged Friday with a probation violation.
- Benito Touan Seguna, 25, of 205 Sterling St., was charged friday with trafficking in marijuana.
- Terry A. Campbell, 29, of 324 Hays St., was charged Friday with failure to illuminate headlights, driving on a suspended operator's license and driving under the influence (second offense).
- Robert Turner, 31, of Irvine, was charged Friday with no registration and driving on a suspended operator's license.
