WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

- Christopher Gillespie, 22, of 5347 Trapp-Goff's Corner Road, was charged Tuesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

- Catherine Robinson, 33, of 408 Pueblo Court, was charged Tuesday with theft by deception.

- Daniel Banks, 25, of 31 New St., was charged Tuesday with theft by deception (two counts).

- Chasity Noe, 24, of 220 Jackson St., was charged Tuesday with harassment.

- Douglass Cross, 59, of 719 Estes Drive, was charged Tuesday with theft by deception (two counts).

- Casey Withrow, 36, of 211 Dubrey Drive, was charged Tuesday with theft by deception.

- Sandy Barrett, 41, of 23 Waveland Ave., was charged Tuesday with theft by deception.

- Michelle R. Mullins, 41, of 20 Buckner St., was charged Tuesday with theft by deception.

- Larry David McCloud, 57, of Sevierville, Tenn., was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking under $300.

- Robert Lee Bailey, 27, of 1208 Westwood Drive, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking under $300.

Reports

- At 4:40 p.m. Tuesday, Karen S. Horton of 308 Abbeywood Court reported that someone has been making calls to her house threatening her family.

- At 9:53 a.m. Tuesday, Tina Doolin of 35 E. Lexington Ave. reported that someone cut the tires on her vehicle while it was parked.

- At 12:05 p.m. Tuesday, Ashley Arnette of 523 Acadia Way reported that someone stole methadone from her vehicle while it was parked at Central Elementary.

- At 7:03 p.m. Tuesday, Candice Evans of 31 New St. reported that someone slashed a tire on her vehicle during the night.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

- At noon Tuesday, David R. Black of 250 Sidwell Court reported that someone stole a check from his mailbox. The check was later forged and cashed in Lexington.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

- On Tuesday, emergency personnel conducted one local transfer and five out-of-town transfers. They also responded to two falls, one general medical call, one motor vehicle accident, one respiratory case, one cardiac case, one seizure and two engine assists.
