The 2:30 p.m. session will be a pre-audit meeting; the 3 p.m. session is for four presentations from engineering firms for the Sub Basin R Engineering proposal; regular meeting is at 5:30 p.m. Agenda includes a second reading of the ordinance with new parking fees.
