LANCASTER - Five people were indicted recently by a Garrard County grand jury. They are listed below by name, age, address and charge. Bond information and grand jury witnesses also are listed.
* Sherry Hampton, 40, Polly's Bend Road, Lancaster, possession of methadone and Valium on Oct. 30. A summons was issued. Garrard Deputy Keith Addison testified before the grand jury.
*Anita Catching, 47, 102 Sue Barber Court, Lancaster, second-offense possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence on Oct. 21. Bond information was unavailable. Addison testified.
* David Foley, 35, 6386 Buckeye Road, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon on Oct. 24. Bond was set at $5,000. Deputy Tim Davis testified.
