Waynesburg New Life Church started a ladies ministry which has been named GAL'S (God's Awesome Ladies). The ladies went to Lexington in November for the Church Of God Fall Festival and stayed the night.
On the fifth and sixth of the month, the ladies enjoyed a trip to Lura Lodge along with pastor, Bill Pelfrey and his wife, Rose. Bro. Pelfrey cooked breakfast the next morning and afterwards we had Bible study. Some hiked, some swam, some just melted, and we all met at the same time for Bible study.
On Dec. 14, we had our GAL's Christmas party and exchanged Secret Pal gifts and revealed who our secret pal was. Plans for the New Year were discussed and things we would like to see for our church and ministry. We had snacks, goody bags and gifts.
