STANFORD - At approximately 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, Lincoln County Deputy Sim Thacker responded to a fight in progress call at Spring View Apartments in Crab Orchard.
According to the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, upon arrival Thacker was confronted by Jonathan Brummett, 26, of Crab Orchard, who appeared intoxicated and disorderly. After numerous verbal commands, Brummett was taken into custody after Thacker used "electronic immobilization."
Brummett was charged with alcohol intoxication and disorderly conduct and lodged in the Lincoln County Detention Center.
