The following cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Feb. 12 with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.
- Bryan Douglas Greene, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended five years; receiving stolen property over $300, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing March 5.
- James F. Bond, flagrant non-support, sentenced to one year, probated for five years.
- Derrick E. Brown, second-degree burglary, sentenced to one year, consecutive to prior two year sentence.
- Hershell Raymond Gibson, complicity to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to one year, probated for five years.
- Amanda Roland Minix, trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school, sentenced to one year, probated for three years.
- Jessica D. Osborne, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (three counts), sentenced to five years each, to run concurrently.
- Karen D. White, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to 12 months.
