When we read The Advocate-Messenger on Sunday and Monday, we were so happy to see the Future Farmers of America pages highlighting the Boyle County FFA Chapter and the Burgin Independent FFA Chapter.
It is great to see FFA members recognized for their hard work and devotion to agricultural education, leadership and service.
We would like to thank Warren Anderson and Adam Willoughby especially for their extra efforts in preparing and organizing the section of the newspaper dedicated to celebrating National FFA Week. FFA members are very appreciative of all those who go out of their way to help us promote such a valuable organization.
National FFA Week is celebrated across the country by more than 450,000 students. These students gain valuable skills that will help them succeed in college and careers, both in agricultural and in other fields.
