Carpe diem: Clark Countians enjoy the spring weather

Two fishermen cast their lines into the waters of the Carroll Ecton Reservoir while two ducks were happy to ride out the waves. Watching the fishermen were Collier Smith, 5, and his mother, Valerie Spencer of McKay Street. Collier, who loves to fish, can't wait for the weather to warm up to go on his own fishing trip.
