Radio talk show host and former pain killer addict Rush Limbaugh has publicly stated that he hopes that President Obama fails. What a statement. Limbaugh is now the voice of God. The voice of ultra right-wingers. The voice of right-wing conservatism, which is not in any way conservatism at all. It is authoritarianism.
We all know corporate greed is a major cause of our failing economy. Limbaugh and the GOP favor corporate greed.
Limbaugh and the GOP say that the budget Obama has put together will not work. That may be true. But the most expensive thing we can do to fix our broken economy is nothing. We do not need class warfare in this country. We need fairness, which for too long has been absent.
The Republicans have a lot of audacity to say President Obama is spending too much. For eight years, the Bush administration had no limit and spent like drunken sailors. The result is the mess Obama has to contend with now. The Republicans are really disingenuous.
