Circuit Court for April 17

The following cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court April 9 with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

- Cody W. King, receiving stolen property (four counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year each; first-degree burglary, amended to second-degree, recommended five years; sentencing May 7.

- Ronnie D. Christopher Jr., intimidating a participant in legal process, dismissed.

- Joshua Todd Nichols, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended three years each concurrent, sentencing May 7.

- Howard W. Noble, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended five years each, to run concurrent, sentencing May 21.

- Jack Lee Thomas Jr., public intoxication, pleaded guilty, 30 days; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, dismissed; second-degree possession of a controlled substance, dismissed; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, 12 months concurrent; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

- Garret W. Callahan, first-degree rape, sentenced to 15 years; first-degree sodomy, sentenced to 15 years consecutive.

- Raleigh L. Craig Jr., first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to two years; second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to one year concurrent.

- Robert Stafford, second-degree robbery, sentenced to 13 years as persistent felony offender.

- Donna M. Sullivan, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to two years, probated for four years.

- Walker Robert Wright, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to five years.

- Melisa Kay Ratliff, facilitation to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to one year.

- Harold E. Murphy, shock probation granted, probated for five years.

- Discover Bank vs. Chastity L. Ford, seeking $5,348.92 plus interest for debt.
