- Allen R. Collins, flagrant non-support, waived to grand jury.
- Krystal D. Conway, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30 day license suspension; first-degree wanton endangerment, amended to criminal attempt, dismissed.
- Angela Renee Crowe, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days conditionally discharged, credit for time served; third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, concurrent sentence; prescription controlled substance not in proper container, pleaded guilty, 360 days conditionally discharged, credit for time served; advertising drug paraphernalia, amended to possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty.
Wanda K. Flinchum, making false statement to receive benefits, waived to grand jury.
- Tony Ginter, disregarding a stop sign, dismissed; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 90 day license suspension; possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, fined; possession of drug paraphernalia (second offense), amended to first offense, pleaded guilty, fined; carrying a concealed deadly weapon, dismissed.
