- Paul Timothy Cobb, first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, waived to grand jury.

- Laura Nicole Ferguson, theft by unlawful taking under $300, pleaded guilty, 90 days conditionally discharged; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.
