Darla House: May 10, 2009

Darla House, 62, Harrodsburg, died Sunday, May 10. She was a founding member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the 6th Kentucky Calvary Association and owner of saddle bred horses. Survivors include her mother, Joyce Johnson Bryant, and husband Randal House, father-in-law Delton House, daughters, Joan Lee House, and her husband Chad Greene, Jennifer Lynn House, brother, Forest Eugene Bryant, and wife Bonnie, sisters Linda K. Schurman, and Sharon A. Doss, grandsons Jacob R. Salley, and Brent Salley. Services were held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home, burial in the House Cemetery. Pallbearers were family and friends. Visitation was from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 12.
