Cox is being held at the Boyle County Detention Center under a $50,000 bond. Danville officer Clark Logan testified before the grand jury.
Others indicted were:
* Algernon J. Buster, 19, and Rashad Buster, 28, both of Harrodsburg, receiving stolen property more than $300 for allegedly having a stolen gun and possession of a defaced firearm on April 12. Bond for each was set at $5,000. Danville officer Josh Faulkner testified.
* Freeman Edwards, 20, of Harrodsburg, receiving stolen property more than $300 for allegedly having a stolen gun and possession of a defaced firearm and possession of marijuana on April 12; and promoting contraband at the Boyle County Detention Center and possession of paraphernalia on April 12. A summons was issued. Faulker testified.
* Chauna L. Caudill, 19, of Waynesburg, possession of cocaine and hydrocodone, and resisting arrest on March 16. A summons was issued. Faulkner testified.
* Stephanie Pflug, 36, 225 E. Broadway, six counts of obtaining a prescription for Adderall by misrepresenting or withholding information from a practitioner, and unlawful transaction with a minor for allegedly assisting a minor in engaging in illegal drug activity in 2008. Bond was set at $50,000. Danville detective A.J. Mullins testified.
* Christopher A. Pope, 19, and James Lynn III, 19, both of 325 Affirmed Drive, trafficking in cocaine and marijuana, and possession of hydrocodone and drug paraphernalia on March 19. Bond was set at $20,000 each. Danville detective Patrick McQueen testified.
* April L. Reed, 24, of Harrodsburg, tampering with evidence for allegedly offering fabricated evidence to the Office of Probation and Parole on March 4. A summons was issued. Probation officer Stacy Garlough testified.
* Robert Allen Roller, 53, 8716 Lebanon Road, Parksville, fourth-offense driving under the influence and driving on suspended license on Feb. 6. Bond was set at $5,000. Danville officer Chris Stratton testified.
* Nora Sanders, 46, of Monticello, theft more than $300 for allegedly taking merchandise from Walmart on March 9. Bond was set at $5,000. Danville officer Kevin Peel testified.
* Phyllis S. Walker, 23, of Stanford, promoting contraband for allegedly bringing a prohibited item into Northpoint Training Center on April 12. Bond was set at $5,000. Trooper G. Thornberry testified.
* Freddy West, 37, 138 Spring Valley Road, Junction City, promoting contraband for allegedly bringing a prohibited item into Boyle County Detention Center on Feb. 5. A summons was issued. Deputy jailer Worth St. John testified.
* Lisa M. DiLuna, 41, of Lexington, theft more than $300 for using a worthless check for $1,800 to obtain merchandise from Ace Hardware on March 3. Bond was set at $5,000. Karen Davis testified.
* Frank Harris, 29, Northpoint Training Center, assault and being a persistent felony offender for allegedly striking Jason W. Wilson with a metal object on Feb. 28. Bond was set at $100,000. KSP detective Monte Owens testified.
* Tabitha Keaser, 26, 296 Hill-N-Dale St., flagrant non support for allegedly not paying child support for her minor daughter. Bond was set at $5,000. Kevin Watts testified.
* Jason S. Lake, 25, 106 Williams Court, manufacturing methamphetamine on March 24. Bond was set at $50,000. Stratton testified.
* Dragon Child Lawson, 34, Boyle County Detention Center, bigamy for allegedly being married to two women at the same time on April 16. Bond was set at $1,600. Mullins testified.
* Chad E. Martin, 27, Northpoint Training Center, promoting contraband for allegedly bringing a prohibited item into Northpoint Training Center on April 12. Bond was set at $5,000. Thornberry testified.
