Cobb, Wygant exchange vows

Miss Kelly Lynn Cobb and Christopher Bruce Wygant were united in marriage Saturday, March 28 at Hope Church in Oklahoma City, Okla., at 1:30 p.m. by the Rev. Dave Coffey.

The bride is the daughter of Alan and Sherry Cobb of Independence, Iowa, and the groom is the son of Bruce and Kathy Wygant of Winchester.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

She was attended by Amanda Meyer, matron of honor, and bridesmaids Judith Lester and Jessica Sims, all of Oklahoma City. Aimee Pyle of Tulsa, Okla., served as junior bridesmaid.

The groom was attended by his father, Bruce Wygant, as best man, and groomsmen Donny Sims and Lex Meyer, both of Oklahoma City.

Ushers were Will Langrehr of Oklahoma City, and Kevin Cobb of Marion, Iowa.

A reception was held at the church immediately following the ceremony.

The couple took a honeymoon trip to Branson, Mo., and the Ozarks.

The bride is a graduate of Independence High School in Independence, Iowa, and Life East Bible College in Christiansburg, Va.

She is currently employed as a senior administrative assistant with the Mid-South Four Square District.

The groom is a 1998 graduate of George Rogers Clark High School and a 2008 graduate of The Master's Commission program.

He is currently employed with the Home Depot Corporation's headquarters in Texas.
