Betty Ellis Stanfield, 59, of Lexington, died Tuesday, June 23 at her residence.
A native of Danville, she was born Monday, Aug. 15, 1949, to the late Stanley and Ruth VanHook Ellis. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her husband, Charles B. Stanfield; a daughter, Angela Hudson; a brother, James Ellis; and three sisters, Wanda Lay of Lancaster, Juanita Pollard, and Georgia Woolley.
Funeral services were June 26 at Ramsey Funeral Home in Lancaster with Bro. Gary Durham officiating. Burial was in the Lancaster Cemetery.
