The Telephone Pioneers met for lunch, July 9, at Bartons in Winchester.
Those in attendance were: Margaret Altom, Wayne Altom, Bonnie Biggerstaff, Annette Crossfield, Leona W. Epperson, Vivian Everman, Bob Hellmann, Kay Hellmann, Alma Jones, Gordon Long, Martha Long, Flora Montgomery, Olivia Montgomery, Elizabeth Prather, Betty A. Reed, Allen Rogers, Mary Rogers, Bill Thiry, Nancy Thiry, Mava Vaughn and Edna Witt.
Approximately 22 telephone people and their families from Winchester joined Pioneers from other towns and had a fine evening at Applebee's Ball Park, enjoying a picnic lunch and a ball game, thanks to Pioneer Appreciation Day on Saturday, July 11.
The Pioneers will hold their August luncheon at Ramsey's at Brighton Place in Lexington Thursday, Aug. 13.
