WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Josh Lee Smallenburg, 26, of 450 Elf Court, was charged Tuesday with wanton endangerment.

— Zachary T. Romans, 21, of Clay City, was served with a warrant today with burglary (two counts).

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Amanda Long, 21, of 321 Runnymeade, was charged Tuesday with second-degree burglary.

— Brittany Hatton, 21, of 105 Tower Lane, was charged Tuesday with second-degree burglary.

Report

— At 1 p.m. Tuesday, Rhonda Banks of 2371 Ford-Hampton Road reported that someone used her credit card without her permission.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, emergency personnel conducted three local transfers and one out-of-town transfer. They also responded to five falls, two motor vehicle accidents, six general medical calls and two cardiac cases.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10:26 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to a possible injury accident on Interstate 64 at exit 94.

— At 4:33 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide detector at 106 McClure Road. The detector was determined to be faulty.

— At 5:10 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Interstate 64 at the 100 mile marker.
